Remote Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled customer support representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a timely and professional manner.
You will also utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support. To ensure a consistent customer experience, you must stay informed on product updates and support practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customers via multiple communication channels
- Resolve customer inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and account concerns
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide support
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
