Job Title: Senior Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in email marketing operations, with expertise in campaign compliance and QA review. They will be responsible for managing task assignments across multiple team members, ensuring timely delivery and proper prioritization.

The successful candidate will have intermediate to advanced knowledge of CRM/marketing technology tools, including Braze, SFMC, Hightouch, and Google/Adobe Analytics. They will also be proficient in maintaining QA documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign opt-out/pixel/tag governance.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflow queues and conduct campaign QA reviews
  • Partner with stakeholders on compliance, audit, and documentation processes
  • Develop and maintain QA playbooks, compliance runbooks, and documentation standards
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in email marketing operations or related field
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of CRM/marketing technology tools
  • Proven ability to coordinate task assignments across a team
  • Experience with QA documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign opt-out/pixel/tag governance
