Job Description

We're seeking highly motivated and experienced call center representatives to join our team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Offer solutions to customers while following established protocols.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong command of English, both written and spoken, as well as prior call center experience and work-from-home skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Evaluate customer situations and make informed decisions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior call center experience is essential.
  • You should possess a strong command of the English language.
  • Your typing speed should be 20+ words per minute.
  • You should have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
