We seek a skilled customer service professional to deliver exceptional client experiences in our contact center. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and productive interaction environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls, emails, or chats from clients effectively.
- Furnish accurate information about products, services, and billing details.
- Solve customer complaints and escalate when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain precise records of interactions for future reference.
- Adhere to established company procedures and compliance guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Awareness of CRM systems and relevant call center tools.
- Proficiency in the English language.
