Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to optimize case conversions through voice-based intake systems.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, guide potential clients through the intake process, and accurately capture case details.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Handle inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
  • Adhere to a structured outbound script while building rapport and handling objections.
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
  • Accurately capture and update client information using CRM tools.
  • Manage rejections professionally and escalate qualified leads efficiently.
  • Provide clear and timely updates on availability, performance blockers, or missed targets.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback proactively.
Requirements
  • Law graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
  • Strong sense of accountability - reliable with schedules, updates, and response times.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure.
  • Must be able to operate with consistent internet connection and functional equipment.

  • Experienced in legal case intake.
  • Knowledgeable in client qualification and lead conversion processes.
