
Senior Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales Representative to join our organization. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, preparing bid proposals, and securing new business through effective bidding strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and network with clients to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
- Analyze bid specifications and requirements to ensure compliance and maximize bid potential.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to secure new business.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
- Track and report on bid status, outcomes, and sales performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on bidding and proposal preparation.
- Strong understanding of the bidding process, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Familiarity with industry-specific bidding platforms and databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
