
Sales Business Development Professional

As a key player in our sales and marketing efforts, you will support the achievement of our volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of retail banking products.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting senior managers in driving sales growth and achieving sales goals.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote retail banking products.
- Preparing regular sales call plans, reports, and action plans to ensure accurate tracking of essential information.
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of risk management controls, credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
- A working knowledge of strategic planning and management principles is also highly desirable.
- At least 4 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of sales success is preferred.
