Job Title: Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing sales accounts and develop new ones to achieve sales targets.
• Maximize sales efforts in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars, and trial mixes to clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing regular sales calls, the right products at the right time, and quantity, and attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.
• Update self with existing and upcoming construction projects, analyze market information, and prepare strategies, plans, and sales forecasts.
• Ensure all accounts in the area are secured with proper credit recommendations and give price quotations according to the given range/limit.
• Monitor the flow of sales operations in every customer from sales ordering to delivery, ensuring Account Receivables & Overdues are not beyond allowable credit terms/limit.
• Monitor the collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices and delivery receipts.
• Responsible for monitoring products handled by respective distributors and customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage of products.
• Adhere to the SPI established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy.
• Actively participate in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully support and act in accordance with the company policy.
• Ensure that the Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System is understood.
• Ensure all operating standards are adhered to at all times.
• Strictly comply with company policies, systems, and procedures, work rules, and regulations.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture, or any four (4) year related course.
• Work Experience: With at least three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in construction or distribution industry.
• Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
• Skills: Preferably with technical selling experience and driving skills (with valid professional driver's license). Possess strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
