A highly skilled systems-minded professional is sought after to manage and run site outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the clinical research industry and be able to identify the right doctors, build precision-targeted lead lists, and execute outreach end-to-end.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Design and Execution: Design and execute doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation with high accuracy and quality control.
  • Research and Filtering: Research and filter doctors using various tools such as ChatGPT, Google, NPI Registry, Definitive Healthcare, etc.
  • Clinical Judgment: Use clinical judgment and U.S. standard of care research to identify the right specialists and exclude poor fits.
  • Targeting Frameworks: Build targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic to ensure precision in outreach efforts.
  • SOP Development: Create SOPs and research playbooks to standardize repeatable outreach processes.
  • Email Outreach: Write and iterate outreach emails that drive replies using ChatGPT or original writing.
  • Team Management: Manage outreach coordinator(s) - assign work, check quality, and coach improvement.
  • System Optimization: Continuously improve the system - spot issues, propose fixes, and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Run high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understand how doctors actually work - how specialties function, how referrals happen, how the U.S. system delivers care.
  • Systems Thinking: Be systems-driven - build playbooks, workflows, and logic trees to streamline processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills to write persuasive outreach copy.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable in Airtable, Mixmax, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, and lightweight CRMs.
