  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, customer service, or clinic administration (preferably in a premium dental, aesthetic, or medical setting).
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of clinic management software and appointment scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
  • Experience with POS systems for payment processing.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills for accurate record-keeping.
  • Basic social media skills for handling patient inquiries.

  • Professional appearance aligned with a high-end clinic image.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle situations professionally.
  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion in handling patient information.
  • Strong experience into Sales is a Plus.
