Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist in purchasing raw materials, ingredients, and packaging for production.
  • Track inventory levels to avoid shortages and manage stock rotation for perishable goods.
  • Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel for inventory management and purchase order processing.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA, ISO).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, production, and management teams.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and import documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • Technical or vocational courses in purchasing or supply chain management are an advantage.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is a plus.

Compliance and Documentation: Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience with import documentation.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle supplier issues and develop contingency plans.
