At Sonak Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the daily office operations and ensure seamless execution of administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.

This key role requires proven experience as an Office Manager, managing office operations and administrative staff, as well as demonstrated expertise in managing office budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring all administrative functions are performed smoothly;
  • Reporting office progress to management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures;
  • Managing contact and negotiations with office vendors and service providers;
  • Coordinating with various departments to address any office-related matters promptly and effectively;
  • Maintaining office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards, and making necessary adjustments for identified process and office management improvements;
  • Supervising driver itineraries to ensure requests are accommodated and providing backup transportation arrangements if necessary;
  • Achieving financial objectives by monitoring the office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and initiating corrective measures;
  • Working with the Human Resources team to update office policies, address employee concerns, onboard new hires, and implement retention program activities;
  • Keeping track of office supplies purchases and coordinating with purchasing regarding inventory and recording;
  • Performing other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

We offer a competitive $85,000 - $110,000 per year salary based on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
