Job Title

Luxury brands require dedicated professionals to manage their e-commerce platforms. An E-commerce Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting brand growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing order processing, inventory accuracy, and financial tracking. They will also possess excellent communication skills to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage order fulfillment, returns, and refund coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory health and stock movements across marketplaces to maintain accurate levels.
  • Liaise with warehouse, finance, and platform teams to guarantee timely fulfillment and smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial tracking and reconciliation of returns, platform claims, and chargeback resolution.
  • Monitor SKU performance and health to support overall account managers in business reviews.
  • Prepare and update operations trackers, platform reports, and cross-functional documentation.
  • Proactively troubleshoot operational issues, raise escalations, and follow through until resolution.
  • Conduct basic data checks and assist in reconciling platform reports for finance or billing purposes.
