Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams.
  • Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms.
  • Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations.
  • Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues.
  • Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness.
