Leasing Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Associate to support our Executive Managing Director. This role will work remotely, adhering to standard US Pacific Time business hours.

Job Description:
  • Draft and negotiate lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing leasing-related inquiries and concerns promptly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform and enhance leasing strategies. Additionally, they will assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract tenants, including digital advertising and social media outreach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing or a related field.
  • Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
