As a dedicated finance professional, this role is perfect for someone with a solid background in real estate accounting and expertise in AppFolio. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage the financial transactions of our property portfolio with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily bookkeeping tasks for various properties using AppFolio, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial data.
  2. Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports and statements, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Process accounts payable/receivable, and handle tenant billing efficiently.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant and owner accounts, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
  5. Support the preparation and analysis of budgets, as well as forecasting efforts to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven expertise in utilizing AppFolio effectively, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of independence and self-motivation.
