Seeking a skilled Financial Modeler to build and refine portfolio-level financial models, deliver on investor reporting requirements, and manage operating assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts.
  • Produce project level budget to actual variance analysis and communicate findings.
  • Highlight and investigate underperformance opportunities of operating assets leading to actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare reporting packages and various deliverables to investors.
  • Work with operational teams to protect portfolios from operational risk.
  • Build data infrastructure that enables team to isolate key performance drivers.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance or relevant coursework preferred
  • Creative mindset with proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information with people inside and beyond the organization
  • Experience working with large datasets, querying databases, and using ERPs
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
