
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and results-focused appointment setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
About the RoleThis role involves making outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices, sending personalized direct messages via various platforms, and qualifying prospects using our proven outreach framework. The ideal candidate will also schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in our systems.
The job requires maintaining accurate call records, tracking metrics, and meeting weekly appointment goals. The successful candidate will also follow established scripts while adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices
- Sending personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
- Qualifying prospects using our proven outreach framework
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team
- Maintaining accurate call records and tracking metrics
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation
- Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach
- Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
- Experience in the healthcare, medical, or B2B services sector
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical office operations
