About Us

We are seeking a professional to work in our contact center as a representative. This role involves interacting with clients across various regions to provide product and service information, address concerns, and resolve issues.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, contracts, and services.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by accurately answering customer questions and requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints or negotiate solutions directly or through consultation with relevant resources.
  • Document significant conversations and follow up with customers as necessary.
  • Communicate production updates and challenges to management and the business unit in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in call centers (international voice) is preferred, but we also consider individuals with at least two years of international voice account experience.
  • A college degree or equivalent education is required.
  • Availability to work full-time night shifts, flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Amenability to work both onsite and remotely, depending on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills for speaking and writing.
  • Strong customer service skills, including building rapport and demonstrating empathy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to comprehend and act on customer concerns.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
