Job Title: Senior Financial Professional

Join a dynamic finance team as a senior financial professional and play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple entities and jurisdictions. If you love numbers, organization, and making processes smoother — we want you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations across international entities.
  • Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Verify and process employee reimbursement claims while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate records and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Perform month-end close procedures, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Support tax and compliance requirements, including VAT/GST, payroll, and corporate tax filings.
  • Track expenses and recommend cost-control improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in AP, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with both Australian and US accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS & local accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
  • Advanced Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
