Job Summary

The FP&A Manager is a strategic business partner responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes. They work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, drive process improvements, and implement automation using tools like NetSuite and Power BI.


This role requires a high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, ROI modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances, and provide recommendations to leadership for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to align financial planning with business strategy.
  • Manage commissions processes, sales pipeline reporting, and prequalification analysis in collaboration with Sales.
  • Partner with IT to implement automation and enhanced financial reporting using NetSuite, Power BI, and dashboards.
  • Prepare and present concise financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support month-end close activities to ensure alignment of actuals with budget and forecast.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in a leadership or senior-level role.
  • Experienced in using ERP and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
  • CPA or MBA certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership presence and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
