Accounts Payable Professional Opportunity

This role is ideal for experienced finance professionals who can efficiently manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. As an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work remotely with top companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Management: Review vendor invoices for accuracy and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Prompt Payments: Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
  • Vendor Communication: Effectively communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
