Job Role: Paraplanner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled professional to support our financial planning team.

  • Prepare comprehensive Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) in line with compliance requirements.
  • Conduct product comparisons and strategy modelling for superannuation, insurance, and pension products.
  • Assist in the setup and structuring of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) for property investment.
  • Utilize financial planning software such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic for research and documentation.
  • Work closely with senior planners to implement tailored financial strategies for clients.
  • Ensure all financial plans and recommendations comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate client records and liaise with advisers to refine financial strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a paraplanning role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and regulatory requirements is essential.
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model financial strategies effectively are necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with financial advisers is crucial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.
