As a specialist in cash management, this role requires working efficiently to collect cash from customers globally. The position involves proactive communication with customers to facilitate timely payments and maintain positive relationships.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Cash Ledger Management: Ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and manage high-volume multi-currency ledgers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain customer relationships while enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Query Handling and Investigation: Liaise with other departments to resolve queries efficiently and ensure smooth OTC flow.
  • Cash Allocation and Payment Processing: Assist with identifying payments and ensuring short-paid reasons are correctly categorized and resolved.
  • Final Notice Processing: Process final notices with internal stakeholders and take appropriate actions for non-payments.

Work Hours:

  • UK Time Zone | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM BST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Manila Time)

This role requires strong organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize and manage workload, and effective communication skills. Experience in credit risk, legal ledger, or similar fields is desirable.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years proven track record of successful cash collecting in a busy global AR team
  • Tenacious and professionally assertive
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on exposure to accounting systems
  • Strong written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
