OverviewThis position is a hybrid role handling sales, after-sales, and cashiering transactions in the store. It is a front-line role involving customer interaction and contributing to achieving the store's monthly sales targets, customer service, and cash management KPIs. Responsibilities include preparing daily collection reports and ensuring accurate cash handling to prevent shortages or variances.

The position reports directly to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, depending on the shift schedule. Functions (Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to):Provide excellent customer service to enhance business performance. Greet, address, and thank customers professionally and courteously.

Understand customer requirements to offer appropriate solutions and clarifications. Route customer requests to the appropriate personnel. Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems and improve productivity.

Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets. Maintain broad knowledge of products and services. Participate in meetings and activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.

Deliver prompt and professional solutions to customer inquiries. Maintain and update customer documentation as needed. Process and track customer claims to ensure timely resolution.

Demonstrate sales and customer service attributes, with extensive exposure and experience in these areas. Consistently meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Handle all sales and bill payment transactions accurately.

Perform start-of-day and end-of-day cash counts, change fund management, and reconciliation. Prepare collection reports and remit collections to the bank or depository as required. Adhere strictly to store policies and procedures.

Establish customer engagement during payment transactions and handle related inquiries. Participate in regular meetings and team activities. Employment StandardsPassion for excellence.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and presentations. Influencing and negotiation skills. Results-driven, process-oriented, and solution-focused.

Strong ability to manage customer traffic effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment. Ability to stand for long periods.

High accuracy and precision in reports and cashiering duties. Knowledge of all payment systems, including POS, CRM, and other store systems. Attention to detail.

Availability to work during weekends and holidays. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Resourcefulness, adaptability, and flexibility.

Integrity. Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Language proficiency in English, Tagalog, or other local dialects.

Strong presentation and customer relations skills. Extensive knowledge of gadgets, devices, and network technologies (4G & 5G). Sensitivity to customer needs and engagement analysis.

Job Skills & QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management, Sales and Operations, or Customer Service. At least 3 years of relevant experience demonstrating the necessary skills and abilities. Proficient knowledge of retail trade, sales, distribution, and customer service, particularly in the local telecom industry.
