
Receivable Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Receivable Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in managing invoicing and billing for our US B2B customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in accounts receivable and collections to drive business growth while ensuring seamless customer interactions.
Your primary responsibilities will include generating and sending invoices, validating billings against sales orders, maintaining customer account balances, and AR ledgers. You will also be responsible for proactive collections outreach on outstanding invoices and past-due accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and escalating disputed invoices and coordinating resolution with sales/CS teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage invoicing and billing for US B2B customers, including generating and sending invoices, validating billings against sales orders, and maintaining customer account balances and AR ledgers.
- Proactive collections outreach on outstanding invoices and past-due accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and escalate disputed invoices and coordinate resolution with sales/CS teams.
- Accurately apply cash receipts to invoices in the accounting system, handling partial payments and unapplied cash, process sales orders, create and validate invoices, post adjustments and credits, and maintain correct AR transaction coding and documentation.
- Prepare AR aging reports, cash forecasts, and collections status reports, support month-end close by reconciling AR accounts and resolving reconciling items, track and report KPIs (DSO, aging buckets, unapplied cash).
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort, errors, and DSO, ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies, document procedures, and contribute to best practices.
- At least 3 years of direct experience in accounts receivable and B2B collections for US-based companies.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, including sales orders, invoicing, and cash application.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer outreach to US clients.
