ECLARO is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive strategic initiatives and fuel aggressive growth across the specialty insurance space.

As a key member of our forward-thinking Revenue Operations team, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting to turn data into actionable insights and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market analysis and uncover whitespace opportunities through territory intelligence
  • Develop and implement data-backed strategies to power targeted marketing campaigns and sales outreach
  • Design and deploy analytics dashboards to track pipeline health, performance KPIs, and early deal risk
  • Optimize lead routing and engagement using platforms like Salesforce
  • Analyze submission patterns to predict underwriting success
  • Support broker engagement strategies and monitor satisfaction metrics
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for GTM tools
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years in GTM, RevOps, BI, or similar roles
  • Proficient in Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and Excel
  • Experience with marketing intent tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in insurance, MGA, or broker-led distribution
  • Familiarity with underwriting workflows or submission quality analytics
