Senior Marketing Strategist


Job Description

This role entails developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be able to synthesize content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs, to support business growth.

The Senior Marketing Strategist will also implement digital marketing initiatives, such as paid advertising, email campaigns, and social media strategies, to boost event visibility and audience engagement.

In addition, this position requires managing social media accounts, contributing to the planning and posting of content to build community engagement and increase participation in events.

The successful candidate will monitor website and campaign performance, working closely with SEO specialists to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion rates for event pages.

Furthermore, they will stay informed on industry trends and emerging marketing tools to continuously improve marketing efforts.

The Senior Marketing Strategist will track the performance of marketing campaigns and generate reports with actionable insights for optimizing future initiatives.

Leveraging leadership and team management skills, this individual will coordinate the marketing team, ensuring smooth communication, alignment with global strategies, and efficient execution of marketing tasks.

Finally, the Senior Marketing Strategist will ensure all marketing activities and content align with the company's brand voice, values, and premium positioning in the event and networking space.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in event-driven or B2B settings.

Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive client acquisition, in alignment with business goals.

Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize marketing KPIs, using tools like Google Analytics, and deliver insights that enhance campaign performance.
