Job Title: Senior Release Strategist

The Role of Senior Release Strategist involves leading the delivery of all release functions. This position will define and execute a strategic plan to ensure seamless coordination across teams, driving operational excellence in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of software releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize the release management process to guarantee timely and high-quality software releases.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to streamline release cycles.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all releases, including emergency fixes and updates.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate release documentation, including plans, notes, and risk assessments.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the release pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal quality requirements.
  • Establish effective governance frameworks for release planning, scheduling, and execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in release management within a technology department, with a strong track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release pipelines.
  • Expertise in coordinating and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology systems and industry compliance standards.
  • A results-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.
