We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead revenue cycle operations and manage medical billing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Stakeholder Success
Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients.
Ensure timely, accurate billing and claims processing.
Resolve escalations and maintain high client satisfaction.
Business Growth
Identify and support opportunities for account expansion.
Contribute to new client onboarding and healthcare BPO growth.
Operational Excellence
Lead billing teams and manage performance against SLAs.
Optimize billing workflows and reduce claim denial rates.
Drive automation and process improvements.
People Development
Cultivate team members for skill and career growth.
Promote continuous learning, compliance, and professional development.
SLA and KPI attainment (e.g., claim turnaround, AR days, denial rates)
Client satisfaction and retention scores
Process optimization and automation outcomes
Team performance, upskilling participation, and leadership development
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in medical billing and revenue cycle operations
2+ years' experience in managing teams or projects in healthcare billing
Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and HIPAA compliance
Hands-on experience with EHR and billing systems (e.g., Epic, Kareo, eClinicalWorks)
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Certification in medical billing/coding is a plus
Experience in healthcare BPO or outsourced billing operations preferred
