
Sales Performance Improvement Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Revenue Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing data-driven tools and processes to enhance forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
- Developing real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
- Creating scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align systems and strategies.
- Automating key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Managing the lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
- Producing regular sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
- Analyzing sales performance (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment.
- Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with demonstrated team coaching and mentorship.
- Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
- Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools.
- Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
- Passionate about automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
