Performance Media Strategist

We are seeking a skilled media strategist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various platforms.
As a performance-driven role, your mission is to drive qualified leads for real estate funnels by launching, managing, and scaling campaigns across multiple ad networks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to meet lead and revenue targets.
- Optimize campaigns daily to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our creative teams to brief and test high-converting ads.
- Monitor and analyze funnel performance metrics (Leads → MQL → SQL → Sales).
- Provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations for future optimization.
- Proven experience in performance marketing & lead generation.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Experience working with real estate or other high-ticket industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex data insights.
