Job Title: Payroll Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand entities.

This role is instrumental in delivering positive employee experiences through timely and accurate payment of wages, salaries, and benefits. You will work closely with our senior management team to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and government regulations.

About the Role:

  • Preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Aus and NZ
  • Comply with the government's statutory requirements
  • Conduct audits of all payroll records
  • Familiarize yourself and keep current with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information
  • Support, advise, and assist with continual process improvement projects

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in AUS payroll
  • Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment
  • Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
  • Great interpersonal skills in working with a diverse population
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
