Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. Key responsibilities include processing orders, modifications, and escalating complaints across various communication channels. To excel in this role, you will need to remain calm under pressure and have experience working with computers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining a positive attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about our products and services, enabling them to provide accurate information and answer questions. In addition to a strong understanding of customer service principles, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role also provides opportunities for professional growth and development within RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy.
Requirements:- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment
