Two friends from Wharton founded Carda, driven by personal experiences with heart disease and cardiac rehab.
This role will drive growth across our marketing function, serving as our sales representative for those interested in our program.
You'll own and improve processes, collaborate with our leadership team, and work cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for referred or website-lead patients
- Handle questioning and feedback from interested consumers
- Convert patients by enrolling them in our program
- Navigate financial and subscription plan conversations with patients
- Ensure a smooth, scalable patient enrollment process
- Insurance enrollment and credentialing
- Support non-clinical inquiries and enrollment
- Work with clinical staff and referring physician offices to improve operational processes
- Leverage technology to answer patient questions accurately and resolve challenges thoroughly
- Closely collaborate with product and marketing teams to define clinical workflow priorities and high-impact product changes
