We're on the hunt for a talented Contract and Document Coordinator to join our team at DBC Philippines. As a key member of our Legal Delivery Team, you'll play a vital role in providing scalable, quality conveyancing support and services to buyers and sellers across the retail residential market.

Your main responsibility will be to act as the key customer contact for either the buyer or seller, providing guidance, updates, and directions proactively and responsively. You'll also be responsible for data entry, drafting contracts according to our standard procedure, reviewing and preparing legal documentation with a high attention to detail within fixed external deadlines, partnering with lawyers and other support teams in Australia to escalate complex queries, and coordinating with external stakeholders such as banks, local councils, or the other parties' conveyancer.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with legal concepts, definitions, and documentation
  • Excellent customer service delivery
  • 1-2 years direct customer contact experience working with Aust/NZ/US/UK customers
  • Ability to anticipate needs of team members and clients, and self-initiative to meet those needs
  • Strong written and verbal skills for regular communications to various stakeholders
  • Critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Efficient – able to handle multiple demands while remaining flexible and adaptable to change
  • Commercial awareness and desire to keep abreast of developments
  • Integrity, ethical, and moral behavior regarding client confidences and information, company confidentiality, and overall team interactions
