We're seeking a detail-oriented Contract Management Coordinator to join our procurement team at RingCentral. As a key member of our operations function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily transactions across the organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include handling request forms through our ticketing system, following up on requisitions for supplier onboarding and management, purchase request validation and entry. You will also confirm completion of contracts/order forms before submitting them for PO and legal review.

In addition to these tasks, you will create, review, and update purchase orders in NetSuite to ensure timely order submission. This includes confirming all details on the supplier's quotations match with the Purchase Order details in the system. You will also assist the Accounts Payable team in PO-invoice matching and other procurement-related activities as needed.

As a Contract Management Coordinator, you will provide reporting metrics to other teams that leverage Purchase Order data. This includes preparing the month-end review of all open Purchase Orders and sending follow-up emails to managers for Purchase Orders still pending approval.
