The Role of the Hotel Coordinator

We're looking for a highly skilled and proactive Hotel Coordinator to join our team at Sino Favour Global Compass Philippines Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and optimising hotel contracts to ensure we have the most competitive portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with contract form completion such as Legal T&Cs, Finance Forms and internal documents;
  2. Coordinate communication between departments regarding existing or new contracts;
  3. Run and analyse commercial reports as requested by Destination or Regional Managers;
  4. Monitor contracts availability/restrictions/validity and take corrective actions;
  5. Analyse and monitor low production contracts and identify opportunities to improve contract terms;
  6. Negotiate special offers/promotions;
  7. Assist hotels/Destination Managers with trainings.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and efficiently within the team and with the hotels;
  2. Proficient at evaluating and analysing data, attention to detail;
  3. Be proactive and intuitive to the needs of the other departments;
  4. Driven to succeed with a professional 'can do' attitude and work ethic;
  5. Able to work to deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment;
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication with robust verbal and written English;
  7. IT proficiency including a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
