Technical Support Specialist

As a key member of our advanced support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our consumers across various levels within the organization.

Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong drive for results and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you possess excellent technical skills and can proficiently communicate ideas, we encourage you to apply.

  • Work collaboratively within a Service Desk team aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Monitor and manage personal and team queue incidents, ensuring timely resolution and proper updates to consumers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles to enhance consumer support experience.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in any IT-related field with prior experience working as an IT Service Provider.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in resolving software and hardware issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10-11, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and up.
  • Familiarity with service desk ticketing tools.

While not mandatory, experience with ServiceNow would be a significant advantage.
