Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Expert to play a pivotal role in driving financial success and providing exceptional technical support for our security services.

  • Main Objective: Achieve set financial targets, including order, revenue, and contribution margin.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor Profit & Loss of assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will provide expert technical pre-sales support, consultation, and presentations to sales teams and clients. This includes crafting clear Statements of Work (SOW) related to the cybersecurity solutions offered.

  • Collaboration: Work with Product Presales, Technology Partners, and the internal Delivery group to formulate the SOW, RACI, timeline, and other service-related requirements.
  • Solution Development: Develop service packages, solutions, and technical proposals, including costing and pricing.

A successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience handling security products, familiarity with IT infrastructure services, and proficiency in cybersecurity tools. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential.

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure services such as installation and warranty.
  • Proficient in cybersecurity tools like Firewall, Endpoint Security, WAF, DLP, SASE, etc.
