We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Expert to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical and technical skills, with the ability to drive business growth through innovative solutions.

About the Role

The Solutions Expert will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of cash management solutions, ensuring overall profitability and identifying opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing new concepts and projects under cash management, including enhancements to existing solutions;
  2. Preparing product proposals (PP) for solutions being proposed for enhancement in coordination with business units;
  3. Identifying pertinent members, convening, and managing cross-functional project teams to work on product development and documentation processes;
  4. Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for new/variant solutions and securing necessary UAT certificates required by ITSD prior to solution launch;
  5. Managing the implementation and execution of new/variant solutions, including rollouts to required business and operational units.
