Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant communications and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  • Oversee financial management, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and property transaction data entry.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant U.S. laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll for maintenance technicians and manage vendor relationships.
