Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with customers.

  • Document interactions and process claims accurately, maintaining high levels of data integrity.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
  • FOLLOW established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately, adhering to strict data protection protocols.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate team members when necessary, ensuring timely resolutions.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Possess a High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience is essential.
  • Able to work from home effectively.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
