About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking skilled and customer-oriented Part-Time Call Center Agents (CAR RENTAL) to join our dynamic team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. As a Part-Time Call Center Agent (CAR RENTAL), you will be a crucial part of our customer service operations, providing exceptional support and creating positive experiences for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and effective manner

  • Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues to resolve customer problems

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document resolutions

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards

What we're looking for

  • No experience required.
    However, applicants with previous work experience—preferably in the Call Center or Customer Service industry—are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries

  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
