Remote Contact Center Customer Service Professional

We're seeking a friendly and reliable professional to support our clients in a BPO contact center.
Job Overview:You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Key Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving customer complaints and escalating when necessary, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following company procedures and compliance guidelines, meeting performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and participating in training and coaching to improve service delivery.

Requirements:- Must be 18 years or older.

- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
