Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing client and care provider schedules using internal scheduling software. You will analyze care needs, provider skills, preferences, and availability to make the best possible match.

You will engage with care professionals and clients to confirm or adjust assignments and participate in daily team meetings to address scheduling gaps and optimize processes. You will use internal tools to track and communicate schedule changes and ensure all changes are clearly communicated and verbally confirmed to uphold a high standard of care.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or care management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and coordinating in real-time
  • Proficient in multiple software platforms (training provided)
  • Strong fluency in spoken and written English
