Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing staffing levels and workload distribution across multiple sites.

You will work closely with our training team to identify best practices and implement efficient processes. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to create accurate reports and provide strategic recommendations.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on service performance, including metrics such as Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) reports, Turnaround Time (TAT) monitoring, and queue management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish workload prioritization strategies and communicate updates on service and staffing conditions.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to optimize department efficiency and technology use.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in scheduling is essential.
  • Familiarity with workforce management systems is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and utilize various tools and software effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and working under pressure.
