Job Summary:

Scheduling and Care Coordination Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage clinician and client schedules, facilitate seamless care coordination, and oversee key administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Management
    • Develop and maintain accurate schedules for clinicians and clients.
    • Ensure appropriate client-to-clinician ratios.
    • Manage scheduling inquiries from clients and staff.
  • Assessments Coordination
    • Schedule assessments and reassessments in a timely manner.
  • Care Coordination
    • Coordinate care across multiple disciplines.
    • Arrange substitute clinicians when needed.
  • Client and Staff Communication
    • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
    • Maintain consistent communication with families and staff.
  • Record and Document Management
    • Maintain accurate client records.
    • Document and update relevant systems.
  • Reception Oversight
    • Oversee receptionist functions, including managing calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Front-End Billing and Authorization Management
    • Verify insurance benefits and monitor ongoing eligibility.
    • Track changes in coverage and authorization status.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy-based setting is advantageous. Proficiency in software tools (Google Drive, CentralReach, Monday.com, Excel) is desired.
