Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely updates on order status and product availability to customers and store representatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to research customer issues and provide accurate information.
  • Email schedulers and expeditors to request updated ETAs and expedite orders as necessary.
  • Contact logistics providers for delivery information and proof of deliveries.
  • Send daily back-order reports to stores and associates.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an Outsourcing Company or similar environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Amenable to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a US time zone.
