About the Job

This is an entry-level full-time position where you will be using Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who have excellent written and spoken English communication skills and at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
